The file itself is deleted the moment the paper is out. Only its name and kind are kept.
The agent looks for work once a minute. A last seen of more than a few minutes means the printer PC is off, asleep, or has no internet. The jobs wait; nothing is lost.
A file nobody printed is deleted a day after it arrived. A printed one goes the moment the paper is out.
Two ends: the customer's own phone through the QR, and your own phone or PC. Each can have its own printer and its own colour. "Ask first" means nothing prints until the customer reads out the four numbers their phone shows.
Press this, then type the four numbers into the Print Agent window on the printer PC. They last two minutes and work once.
Anyone with this code can send a print here. It cannot read anything: taking a file off the queue needs the printer PC's own token.
